A demand letter is your company document stating the role, headcount, monthly wage, and accommodation type. Required by Indian law before recruitment begins. We register it with the relevant GCC authority - MOHRE, MHRSD, LMRA, or MADLSA - on Day 1.

A demand letter is an official document from your company stating the job role, number of workers needed, monthly wage, and accommodation type. It is required under the Emigration Act 1983 before any Indian worker can be legally recruited for overseas employment. Without a signed demand letter, we cannot begin sourcing or visa processing.
How long does the full deployment take?
For UAE and Bahrain, the typical timeline is 15-17 days from demand letter submission to workers arriving on-site. Saudi Arabia and Qatar take 20-22 days due to additional compliance steps. These timelines assume your visa quota is approved - we submit the quota application on Day 1.
What is the minimum batch size you accept?
Our minimum batch size is 10 workers per deployment. Most of our clients request batches of 25-200 workers. There is no upper limit - we have managed deployments of 400+ workers to single sites. Larger batches are often more cost-efficient on a per-worker basis.
Do you handle medical clearance and visa processing?
Yes, completely. We manage the GAMCA medical test (the GCC-recognised health screening), police clearance certificate, visa stamping, pre-departure orientation certificate (PDOC), and flight booking. You do not need to coordinate with any Indian authority directly - we deliver workers to your site ready for Day 1 induction.
